What we collect
Your email if you join our list, and your name, shipping address, email and order details when you place an order. Anonymous usage events are tied to a random visitor ID rather than to your identity.
What we do with it
Fulfil your order, answer your emails, and — if you asked for it — send you news about new formulas. Nothing else.
What we never do
Sell your data, or email you because someone bought a list.
Getting it removed
Email hello@usefaunt.com and we’ll delete what we hold, apart from the order records we’re legally required to keep.
Formal policy
This is the plain-language version. A formal policy is being prepared with counsel; where the two ever differ, we’ll honour whichever protects you more.
